Duncan Chisholm – with cellist Philip Higham
Thursday 2 July 2015
East Neuk Festival, St .Monans Kirk, Fife.  4pm.

The Patrick MacDonald Collection holds Scottish tunes believed to originate from around the same time Bach was composing.  Duncan Chisholm and cellist Philip Higham will create a unique 18th century fusion.  Bach’s cello suites are made up of dances while the MacDonald Collection tunes are mostly songs without words – with such wonderful players this will be a ravashing event, in the lovely setting of St Monans Kirk.
