The Patrick MacDonald Collection holds Scottish tunes believed to originate from around the same time that Bach was composing.  Duncan Chisholm and cellist Philip Higham will create a unique 18th century fusion. Bach’s cello suites are made up of dances while the MacDonald Collection tunes are mostly songs without words – with such wonderful players this will be a ravishing event, in the lovely setting of St Monans Kirk.
